We are writing to thank all the staffs of Pacific Hotel as well as Pacific Travel for their hospitality while we were there, especially to Hana Bui. You had arranged us a wonderful trip to Ha Long Bay. We spent a night on the boat "Classic Sails" we like the capitan and all the crews even though they didn't speak English much. We did enjoy the trip to Sapa by train, it was tiring but it was worthy.
Your hotel is situated at a quite handy location, a big food court, restaurants, shops and railway station near by. We liked the breakfast you had provided, we loved it very much. If we have the opportunity to Hanoi again, Surely we choose to stay with you again.
