Pacific Hotels are 3 stars international hotels which have very good locations, composes of the various services: accommodation, restaurant, bar, travel services,... The hotels commit themself to offering the products & services with high quality and implementing the appropriate measures to prevent the environment pollution and protect the natural resources. In order to ensure these principles, the Hotels Environment Policy is briefed as followings:

* The hotels commit to comply with the legal requirements on the unending improvement of the environmental performance for the gradually better environment. * The hotels Management and staff understand and fully support the Environment Policy of the hotel and commit to the continuous amelioration of the environmental performance by identifying the ways to minimize the natural waste and the environment pollution. * The hotels will continue identifying the measures to minimize the wastes at source, realize and develop the resources and waste management strategies. The hotel also apply the best ways to control and minimize the wastewater discharges. * The hotels will identify and carry out the measures to optimize the water and energy usage without affecting the quality of the hotel products and services offered to its guests. * The hotels will have the appropriate measures to eliminate the environmental, occupational, health risks; and is always prepared to respond to potential emergencies. * The hotels will support the purchase to the suppliers who commit to developing sustainable environment, providing the products and services with the quality valued for money. The hotel will motivate the suppliers to take part in the initiatives to protect the environment, clarify the purchasing policy of the hotel, encourage the provision of products-services, which impact the environment the least. * The hotels will continue carrying out the training programs to intensify the environment knowledge among the staff. The hotel will actively participate in the environmental activities in the society and the training programs, enhance the understanding level on the environment in order to enlarge its horizon. * The hotels will share their environmental experiences with other organizations in the community by explaining and appealing them to cooperate in the improvement of their attitude towards the environment

The application of this environmental policy will be carried out by the implementation of an environmental management system accordingly to the ISO 14001 Standard and by the definition of specific environmental objectives and programme.
